Adoration and Prayer Groups:

What is the importance of Eucharistic adoration and prayer?

Eucharistic adoration and prayer offer a powerful means of encountering Christ, deepening your spiritual life, praying for others and gaining strength and peace from God.

Eucharistic Adoration reinforces faith in the mystery of the Eucharist and deepens one's personal relationship with Christ.  Adoring the Eucharist is a direct form or worship and reverence to Jesus Christ, himself. Adoration provides a quiet, sacred space to sit in the presence of God and to open their heart's to Him.

The Seven Sisters of Apostolate of Holy Family: A Prayerful Support for Priests

Founded in 2011 by Janette Howe in the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis, the mission of the Seven Sisters of the Apostolate is simple yet profound: to ensure that every priest has a group of seven women — “Seven Sisters”—who each offer a Holy Hour of prayer weekly for the intentions and spiritual well-being of that priest for one year. The Seven Sisters Apostolate welcomes women of all ages who feel called to serve their priests in this special way.

By joining at Holy Family, participants become part of an international network, supporting not just their own pastor but the entire priesthood.  Please contact Kathy Beno at kathybeno59@gmail or 330-242-4635, if you have any questions or to sign-up or become a substitute. Substitutes may be male or female.

Eucharistic Adoration

The Adoration Chapel is located at the far left of the main entrance to the church.  The Blessed Sacrament is exposed and adored by volunteers who sign-up for one hour or more to pray before the Lord Jesus.
