Scheduling Requests


Scheduling Requests:

  • Requests must be received at least 7 days prior to meeting/event
  • Events are scheduled first-come first-serve, and you will receive a confirmation/approval within (1) business day
  • Each event/meeting requires a form submission (see button below)
  • Do not call in a request to the Parish Office
  • Cancellation must be given at least 48 hours in advance, unless weather-related
